Technical Trainer

We have an exciting and unique opportunity to join our Compliance Team as a Technical Trainer supporting the development of technical competence of employees including Apprentices and Engineers. In this role you will proactively participate in the development, delivery and evaluation of learning and development events to include recruitment selection, induction, and mandatory and continual professional development events. 

We are looking to appoint a passionate a committed Engineer with substantial trade experience and technical knowledge relevant to Gas, Plumbing & Heating including renewable technologies.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Up to date relevant Qualifications including Gas, OFTEC, BPEC
• Level 3 / Advanced qualification or equivalent in plumbing / heating
• The ability to develop and deliver training to varied audiences of different backgrounds and experience
• extensive knowledge of health and safety legislation
• Full UK Driving License
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and use diplomacy
• Flexible and willing to learn and develop
• Well presented, enthusiastic and able to build good working relationships
