Electricians

We’re looking for a full time, permanent Electrician to carry out and assist with installation of new Kitchens & Bathroom electrics. Testing and inspection of domestic dwellings, fault finding and repair and the completion of all NICEIC paperwork,

The hours of work will be 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible working and job-share will be considered. Work covers the whole area of Norfolk initially then concentrating on covering the Norwich area.

Salary: £34,000 dependant on relevant qualifications and experience.

Please note that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work. A company vehicle will be provided.

Role Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the effective and efficient repairs of all electrical duties, including all associated works within both occupied and void properties using the required tools.
• Testing and inspection of domestic dwellings
• Fault finding and repair
• Reactive maintenance
• Re-wires
• Completion of all NICEIC paperwork

Essential Requirements:

• Must have 17th edition qualification.
• Full Valid Manual Driving Licence.
• A good understanding and knowledge of basic Health and Safety.
• A good knowledge of the general building and construction industry.

Desirable:

• 2391 Testing and Inspection.
• Be a JIB graded approved Electrician
• Experience in ordering and collecting materials and/or plant hire.
• Ability to make decisions and confident at problem solving.
