Administrator (Quality & Compliance)
We have a new opportunity to join our Team as a Quality & Compliance Administrator providing administrative support to the Compliance Team, ensuring engineers and sub-contractors qualifications and documentation are up to date. This will include the onboarding process for new engineers and sub-contractors. To provide assistance with issuing test equipment to engineers and to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory codes and conditions across Gasway and Blueflame
Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Salary: up to 22,500 (dependant on experience)
Location: Flexible – We have offices in Norwich, Colchester, Hadleigh we are looking for a candidate in either of these locations, a driving license isn't required
There will be a requirement to travel periodically for this role.
Our ideal candidate for this role would have proven administrative experience working in a busy environment supporting operational delivery and working with legislative polices and procedures. Plumber
We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to join the team at Gasway as a Plumber, to assist with all trade related tasks as a Plumber working to replace hot water cylinders and Radiators, controls for heating systems i.e. Zone valves etc.
In this role you will need to have the ability to work alone or part of a team on social housing projects within the gas team as a plumber assisting with further works.
Salary: £30,000
Location: Covering Norfolk and Suffolk
Working hours: 40 hours a week
Applications are welcomed for this role from those with Minimum of either full trade Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 within a relevant trade OR a proven track record to reflect appropriate trade experience in Plumbing. We also require those applying to have a full UK manual driving license.
Fleet Administrator
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as a Fleet Administrator managing the fleet across the Blue Flame and Gasway businesses.
Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week.
Salary: £21,333.31 – £26,000
In this role you will be supporting the provision of Fleet Services to Gasway and Blueflame, focusing on the coordination and maintenance of vehicles and repairs supporting the operational delivery of services and adherence to legislative requirements.
Electricians
As an integral part of the team you will undertake domestic and commercial heating installations and repairs, including solar and the latest renewable technologies. You will also carry out EICR testing of domestic and commercial properties and remedial works to bring installations in line with current standards, which includes, but is not limited to, consumer unit replacements and full/partial rewires.
Salary: 34,000 - Dependant on experience on relevant qualification.
As the ideal candidate you will have experience in general electrical installation work in both domestic and commercial properties. You will be a highly competent professional who takes pride in their job, demonstrate initiative in a varied role, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Service and Breakdown Engineer
We have a new opportunity to join our team as a Service and Breakdown Engineer to deliver high quality and cost-effective heating system maintenance, compliance testing and repairs, incorporating a range of different fuel types including but not limited to domestic gas, oil, solid fuel to a range of different domestic and / or social housing properties.
Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week + on call
Salary: between £33,152 - £37,296 dependent on experience
Location: Across East Anglia
Our ideal candidate for this role will have experience undertaking heating engineering & plumbing duties including reactive repairs, servicing of boilers, fires and other appliances and associated works in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, industry best practice codes and practice and legislation. A full driving licence and up -to-date Gas related qualifications are required.
Technical Surveyor/Team Leader (Renewables Team)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Renewables Team Leader to join our Renewables Team based in East Anglia.
Salary: £36,000 - £39,000 dependent on experience
Working Hours: 40 hours per week

We have an excellent opportunity for a Permanent Customer Services Advisor to join our Customer Contact Centre team based in our Burnet Road Office, Norwich.
Salary: £21,333.31
Working Hours: Minimum of 20 hours Mon-Fri 16:00-22:00
You will be providing customers an efficient, responsive, service while handling general appointments and emergency requirements. You are the first point of contact for a range of customers wishing to book annual servicing appointments for their heating systems and reporting breakdowns.
Multi-Skilled Operative
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative within our Projects and Renewables team. This is a full time and permanent job, Monday to Friday (No Weekend Working).
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week. Flexible working and job-share will be considered.
In this role you’ll be required to undertake a range of routine, responsive and planned domestic maintenance works, primarily involving the following trades: brickwork, plastering and plumbing. The ideal candidate will be NVQ Level 2 qualified within a trade or have comparable practical experience. You must be able to undertake work in a timely and efficient manner; possessing the technical skills necessary to carry out the work to a high standard.
This job is Field Based and is working from Norwich and covering across East Anglia. Please be aware that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as a Contract Administrator, providing outstanding Customer Service to internal stakeholder, clients and customers.
Salary: £21,333.31
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities include: Operating as the first point of call for engineers, clients, and working with colleagues in the Customer Service Team to deliver outstanding customer service for our customers in their homes; ensuring work is scheduled and planned to meet customer needs; and using initiative to meet targeted KPIs and required measures.
